We are so excited to be able to see you! In compliance with Oregon Health Authority guidance: https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/6883580/OHA-2342F-Phase-One-Reopening-Guidance-for.pdf, we ask that if you answer “YES” to any of the following questions,

  1. Have you had a cough? 
  2. Have you had a fever? 
  3. Have you had shortness of breath? 
  4. Have you been in close contact with anyone with these symptoms or anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

you must cancel and reschedule your appointment until your symptoms (cough, fever and shortness of breath) have been resolved, and fever has been resolved without medication for at least 72 hours, or at least 14 days after contact with a person sick with a cough, fever, or diagnosed COVID-19.

When you come for your appointment, please bring along a mask from home if you would like to wear one. Wait in your car and call the office (541-330-6292) to let us know you have arrived. We are sanitizing between patients and will let you know when it’s OK to come in. We will ask you to wash your hands upon arrival and you will then be taken directly to your treatment room. As always, your safety is our primary concern.
